During this initial conversation, we find out in a relaxed manner whether our personalities and views are a good fit. If we both feel that we might be a good match, we move on to a second date.
2. The second meeting
This time, we’ll take a closer look at what we can offer each other. After that, we’ll decide together how to proceed.
3. A meeting tailored to your needs
A third meeting to discuss tasks and responsibilities or a deeper dive into the technology? A meet-the-team appointment or an hour of working together? Anything is possible and depends entirely on what we need together. It may also be that we have already reached an agreement after the second meeting.
