Krones
Hermann Kronseder starts production of the first semi-automatic labelling machines in a self-built workshop measuring around 100 mÇ. Equipped with just a few basic machines, he lays the foundation for the company.
1987
System Logistics
System Logistics is founded as a company of the System Group. At the same time, the first automated vertical storage system, “Modula”, is launched on the market.
2000
Krones launches intralogistics
The flow of information becomes increasingly important. New IT solutions for production data acquisition, process control systems and intralogistics concepts enable Krones to act as a fullservice provider for process flows in beverage companies.
2014
Syskron GmbH
Krones bundles its activities in the field of logistics and digitalisation in Syskron GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary.
2015
AGV
The AGV division of System becomes an integral part of System Logistics, resulting in the relocation of the engineering, production, service and installation departments.
2016
Krones group
System Logistics becomes part of the Krones Group, the world’s leading provider (market and technology) for process and packaging automation in the food and beverage industry
2016
Vertique
System Logistics acquired the company “Vertique”. This important strategic milestone enabled the company to strengthen its presence in the US food and beverage markets.
2019
System Logistics GmbH
System Logistics GmbH is founded as a spin-off from the intralogistics division of Syskron. The company is headquartered in Wackersdorf and is established as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Krones Group. By refreshing its market presence, Krones has consolidated its entire intralogistics portfolio under the System Logistics brand.
2020
LogHouse
System Logistics moves into its new headquarters. At the heart of the logistics centre is a wide range of proprietary technologies that fully meet customer requirements. It is a multifunctional space that reflects the spirit of the company.

Continuous expansion
System Logistics expands its global presence with additional branches in Canada and China.
