The task was to increase storage capacity for finished goods, automatically connect the production lines to the storage areas, and ensure pallet quality.

SOLUTION: The solution implemented is an automated high-bay warehouse with block storage for certain product groups and an electric monorail system for fully automated connection to production.

An automatic pallet exchange and inspection system was also integrated.

KPIs: 24.000 storage spaces, 6 aisles, double depth, 25% reduction in loading times.
